The positives include quiet and ideal location and parking nearby. Modern and adequate rooms come with 2 separate beds, excellent views plus a very nice view.

The room was atmospheric, bright with a bath, a very nice view, for example, I was pleased. The staff was really helpful and efficient and great to deal with: )

I recently stayed at 'S Hertogenmolens for a weekend getaway. The hotel's rustic charm and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. The big bath was a much-appreciated bonus. The central yet quiet location, on-site parking, and pleasant restaurant/bar with a drinks terrace were definite highlights. The air conditioning and comfortable beds added to the overall satisfaction. The historic atmosphere and the well-done breakfast with a nice restaurant next door were also delightful. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The renovated watermill was incredibly quaint and lovely. A must try is the goat cheese salad at the adjoining restaurant!!

If you want to sleep in, bring ear plugs. Cleaning crews and departing guests are a bit noisy.

This is a very unusual hotel which deserves to be well-known as there are very few places where you can sleep on a former mill located on a river island! The restoration of the mill has been careful and sympathetic and although the rooms are rather spartan, the beds have good reading lamps (a very uncommon thing) and the common areas are cosy. The staff welcomed as very warmly and showed us the machinery of the former mill which is still in place and told us the story of the place and its restoration. Aarschot is a small but pleasant place, good for a night stopover or week-end visit.

I got a great deal for my money at 'S Hertogenmolens! The room was cozy and clean, and I loved the view of the river. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and the town center. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

The morning meal could use more variety in terms of options.

our recent stay at aarschot was amazing. this time, we chose a cozy hotel tucked away in a quiet yet central location. the charm and character of the property blew us away. the room was comfortable with air conditioning and a tv with english channels. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay with our baby seamless and enjoyable.

The hotel was located not far from Brussels for one night before going into the city for one day and then to Brussels airport, the train station and the town centre, and local amenities. This property met the needs, we would recommend to anyone.

I always return to this cozy hotel. Kind staff found my lost earring on my first visit. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, off-site parking, bar, restaurant, laundry. Perfect for hiking and cycling. No pets or smoking. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a lovely, central location. The interior decor of the building was absolutely superb, creating a unique and memorable experience. The comfortable bedrooms, especially in the older wing, were complemented by modern and clean bathrooms. The staff were not only helpful and friendly, but also provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that every need was met. The hotel also offered plenty of parking, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. Additionally, the value for money was exceptional, offering great prices for the quality of the accommodations and amenities provided.

All aspects of this hotel were great, nothing to complain about.

Very nice, very clean, helpful staff. Interesting hotel build only a few months ago in an old building. You really fill the nature inside the hotel.

Rooms are small, but this can't be improved anymore.
